First workflows

Start with a read and confirm the connected account before asking an assistant to make changes.

Explore a release

Find my latest release and show its existing analysis.

Track lookup and existing analysis reads use your account's saved music. Starting a new analysis can save a track/version and consume the relevant account allowance. It is not a transient standalone processing service.

For a new recording, ask: “Analyze this audio and explain what I should work on before release.” Follow your client's supported upload flow or provide a supported music link. Review the analysis as production feedback, not a guarantee that a release will succeed.

Review a campaign

Review my latest campaign and suggest who I should follow up with. Explain the plays, downloads, and feedback behind each suggestion.

Campaign activity helps you inspect what happened. An open or download request does not prove listening, playlist placement, or a human response. Treat recipient comments separately from inferred activity.

Prepare campaign work

Help me prepare a campaign draft using the release and contacts I choose. Show me the proposed draft before any send.

Draft preparation and a campaign launch are different actions. Review the recipients, message, permissions, and any required confirmation before a send.

More customer workflow examples are maintained in the help center.

Connect another system

For a label or team brief, ask your assistant to summarize the tracks and campaigns you have access to. Check the connected company and reporting period before using the summary.
